After a month stayed in Puncak Alam, we finally got a notice from UiTM that we had to move to UiTM Dengkil right away after we go back from mid-semester break. Most of us went to Dengkil by bus because the notice is too sudden and most of our family are working on that day. As soon as i arrived at Dengkil, everything feels so different. In Puncak Alam, i took 12 minutes to arrive Kolej Dahlia from the main gate while in Dengkil, i can just walk from the main gate and arrived within 2 minutes. Anjung Dahlia (cafe) also is just beside my house and the faculty is so near. The best thing is the library also only a few steps far from the cafe. I feel closer to my classmates to as i can go to their house anytime and we can go to library together anytime unlike in Puncak Alam, we have to plan well first before go to anywhere. The house in Dengkil is quite small but i love it because i got to know my housemates more because we need to do our work in the living room. They provided each of us one table that linked to each other. So it is easier for us to discuss about our assignment rather than stay in our room. Our house in Dengkil also has a balcony, it really feels like home. I love the lighting in my house because of the balcony. At night, i can feel the night air through the sliding door. Other than that, foods in Dengkil are quite pricey compared to Puncak Alam but it is still affordable for students. Well, i do not have any face to face class experience in Dengkil because of this pandemic. In Dengkil, we have a field named 'Padang Etika' , it is so beautiful at night and suitable for students to unwind while having a pizza night together. There are a few food trucks in Dengkil and they sell variety of foods such as chicken chop and wantan. Dengkil literally provided you some places that can make you feel fresh, because you can stroll around the lake or there are a few courts for you to play frisbee or handball . Last but not least, Dengkil is quite convenient for us to go to a mall or bus station. I really enjoy my days in Dengkil even though it is only for a short time.
